About Erik

I grew up in Chicago and have travelled extensively and lived abroad. Currently residing in Seattle with my wife Kristina, son Soren and dog Luna.

Driven to create, I love the process of things: Cooking, gardening, cheesemaking, mushroom growing, carpentry, scuba diving, print making and making ink from foraged goods are my current interests.
